TRIAL RUNS.

Trial runs are done in my private studio which is located in East Elmhurst, NY (right by LaGuardia Airport). Each client is given a personal luxurious experience in order to offer clients my full detailed attention and privacy.
An early appointment is recommended for trials this way you can test out the makeup to its full potential and give back any feedback specific to how it wore on you.
Feel free to bring photos of your wedding dress, decor, hair or makeup inspiration photos to your trial so we can work together of finding the perfect makeup look for your big day!
After your trial run has taken place there will be a hold on your wedding date for 72 hours. Unfortunately bridal dates are limited during the season can fill up quickly. Bridal dates are only secured with a deposit & signed contract. There will be no holds on a date after the grace period has passed. If you have not secured your wedding date after that time, you may check in with us to see if your date is available but we cannot guarantee it will be.

SCHEDULING. ARRIVALS. APPLICATION DURATION.
We understand that this is a very important day for our brides and timing is imperative so we do our best to make sure you have a peace of mind. Here's a rundown on what wedding day prep entails.
We arrive 20-30 minutes early to your location to setup up properly and come fully equipped with extensive makeup kits that cater to everyone's needs as well as special lighting suitable for makeup application. With lots of experience in bridal we know that some brides can get nervous or anxious on the day as it gets hectic with everything going on around you. Rest assured that we are also there to make sure the prep experience runs as smooth as possible and that you enjoy getting ready. Enjoy a soothing face and eye mask to give you the glow you deserve on your special day while you wait. Once your makeup application has been finalized, we work with the photographer/videographer to make sure you get amazing "getting ready" shots. We want your day big day to be a pleasurable experience from the start!
You will receive a detailed makeup timeline with everyone's name in the order they will be attended to in accordance to the hair timeline. Schedules usually allow for 1 hour per bridal party member and 1.5-2 hours for the bride. Brides are encouraged to to be done with makeup and hair 1-1.5 hours prior to getting dressed.
SECURING WEDDING DATE.

CONTRACTS. DEPOSITS.
In order to secure any appointment(s) a deposit and signed contract is required. Deposits can be made through the Venmo App, Cash App or Zelle. Deposits will be a percentage of each bridal party member and service. Balance payments are to be made in Cash only on the day of your appointment. All terms and policies will be stated in the bridal contract. Appointments are taken on a first come first serve basis. Once a trial run has been done there will be a 72 hour hold on your wedding date, after that it will be open for bookings.
All parties having their makeup done will be part of one contract. Brides will be responsible for sending the deposit and fulfilling the balance payment on the day of the wedding.
Bridal contracts will contain all terms for wedding day including: time, location, number of persons that require makeup, travel/parking terms, deposit terms, liability terms, delays, cancellation policy, etc.
BRIDAL PARTY

GROUPS.
Lead makeup artist requires a minimum of 3 people to travel for bridal services. Any requests made for just the bride will be accommodated in the private studio or an agreement will be made to have Lucero travel out of studio dependent on the schedule.
Depending on the amount of people needing services and on the timing schedule you may require additional makeup artist(s) for that day so that everything runs smoothly, everyone has enough time to get ready/take pictures and start the ceremony on time. If there are more than 4 people in the bridal party, an extra artist will be mandatory as an add on to the contracted services.
Suggested gratuity for beauty services range from 18-25%. A 20% gratuity on services is added on the contract & invoice for groups of 4 or more.
