HOW LONG DOES A MAKEUP APPLICATION TAKE?
We care about your schedule as much as you do. After all your time is precious! Please expect to spend anywhere from 1 - 1.5 hours in the makeup chair. The word "rush" does not exist here. We want to make sure your makeup experience is an enjoyable and memorable one. If you get hungry or thirsty, enjoy anything from our complimentary snack cart!
HOW DO I BOOK AN APPOINTMENT?
A deposit and signed contract are required to secure any appointment. Once you confirm you would like to go ahead with booking, you will be sent an email with payment option information as well as your contract. Deposits can be made via Venmo App, Cash App and Zelle. Deposits are about 30% of your total service fee.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to cancellation for non-bridal and 1 week for bridal. Your appointment may be rescheduled for a future date with notice and will be valid for up to (3) months after your initial appointment. Failure to cancel before the grace period will result in a forfeit of your deposit for a future appointment - meaning your deposit will not be available for a future appointment.
CAN I GET A REFUND ON MY DEPOSIT IF I RESCHEDULE?
There are no refunds on deposits. In the event you need to cancel your appointment, your deposit may be transferred for a future appointment as long as it falls under the cancellation policy above.

DO YOU OFFER PERSONAL HOUSE CALLS?
Luxury House Calls may be offered depending on schedule availability. Please note the pricing for a house call is not the same as an In-Studio appointment to account for the amount of time that is spent in the process of servicing a client out of studio. Please note a travel fee and possible parking fee is NOT included in the service rate. Such fees will be determined on your exact location, time of day and date.
CAN I BRING MY OWN LASHES? WHAT IF I DON'T WANT LASHES?
You may bring your own pair of lashes if you would like for them to be applied for you. Please note: this will not change the total price of your service fee.
WHAT IF I HAVE ALLERGIES TO SOME MAKEUP INGREDIENTS?
If you have a known allergy to an ingredient commonly found in makeup please note it in your contract. We will take note of it to make sure it is not used during your application. Please keep in mind that each makeup product has a long list of ingredients and 20+ products are used during application. We are not liable for any reaction you may have to an unknown allergy due to an ingredient found in a product.
HOW SHOULD I PREPARE MYSELF PRIOR TO MY APPOINTMENT?
We recommend lightly exfoliating your skin a day prior to your appointment. It helps remove the any dead skin cells that may be lingering on the outer layer of skin. Exfoliating should only be been 1-2x a week to allow the skin to allow dead skin cells build up. On the morning of your appointment please wash your face and remove any makeup build up you may have leftover. We also recommend exfoliating your lips so ensure they are smooth and there isn't any dry or flaky skin.
Please make sure you have removed all makeup prior to arriving for your appointment.
Pro Tip: use your toothbrush and cold water to brush your lips in circular motions. It will remove dead flaky skin and provide blood flow to your lips - leaving them smooth and plump. Remember, makeup sits on top of skin. It will look its best depending on how well your skin is taken care of.

ANY SKIN TREATMENTS YOU SUGGEST I DO BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT?
Dermaplaning is an exfoliating treatment that removes the outer dermis of your face that contains peach fuzz and dead skin cells. It is done using a light scrape of a thin scalpel and can be done in most spas. The immediate result is fresh new skin that looks and feels smooth. This helps create a fresh smooth surface for makeup application.
DO YOU HAVE A LATE FEE POLICY?
Yes, $1 per minute late. We take punctuality serious since we offer private appointments. If you are late it will cut into your appointment time meaning you may not be able to have everything done. If you are running late please contact us to make sure we will still be able to attend you. Your appointment may be canceled after 15 minutes of lateness.
DO YOU ACCEPT WALK-INS?
Sorry we do not accept walk-ins. The studio is a private studio dedicated to offering every client a luxurious and relaxing environment away from the noise of a salon and in some cases home. All appointments are timed specifically to ensure each client has their own private appointment.
WHERE IS YOUR STUDIO LOCATED?
The makeup studio is based in East Elmhurst, NY. Conveniently located by the GCP and BQE - right by LaGuardia Airport. Exact address will be provided on your contract.
CAN I BRING A GUEST TO MY APPOINTMENT?
Your may bring 1 guest with you to your appointment. Please note that they will be waiting anywhere from 1.5-2 hours in the studio.
DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS FOR BIGGER GROUPS?
We do not offer discounts for any services regardless of the quantity of people.
WHAT PAYMENT FORMS DO YOU ACCEPT ON THE DAY OF MY APPOINTMENT?
Balances are due in Cash on the day of your appointment.
